About Kate Greaves:

Kate has spent nearly two decades navigating the ups and downs of the teaching profession. Her career was both rewarding and challenging, marked by a drive for high standards that ultimately led to burnout. After investing in personal coaching, Kate prioritised her wellbeing and explored new career directions. She became an accredited coach and now specialises in supporting staff wellbeing in schools through CPD training and one-on-one career coaching for teachers. Kate believes all educators deserve personal development support and is committed to helping them make positive changes, whether small tweaks to wellbeing or significant career shifts.
